The business should be involved in the Manufacturing and/or Distribution industries.
Primary Geographic focus: North American and Western European operations (cross-border deals are perfectly acceptable)
Annual Sales: The business should have Annual Sales in the range of $20 million to $300 million.
The business should have one or more of the following issues:
- Poor cash flow
- Over-leveraged
- Operating problems
- Lack of a clear strategic direction
- Management is unable to improve the business’s performance and to take it to the next level
- Need for globalization of the business
