Acquisition Criterea

The business should be involved in the Manufacturing and/or Distribution industries.

Primary Geographic focus: North American and Western European operations (cross-border deals are perfectly acceptable)
Annual Sales: The business should have Annual Sales in the range of $20 million  to $300 million.

The business should have one or more of the following issues:

  • Poor cash flow
  • Over-leveraged
  • Operating problems
  • Lack of a clear strategic direction
  • Management is unable to improve the business’s performance and to take it to the next level
  • Need for globalization of the business
