• Business owner, with extensive experience in the Manufacturing, Distribution and Construction industries. Successful negotiator of comprehensive, complex acquisition agreements involving stressed companies in need of restructuring, including cross borders around the globe.

• Founder/Partner/Owner of more than 25 acquired companies with some individual companies having in excess of $100 million in annual revenues.

• Acquired Plant, Property & Equipment has been located around the world, including the United States, United Kingdom, France, Sweden, Germany, China, Singapore and Latin America.

• Over 95% of all acquisitions and/or divestures have involved publicly traded companies on the NYSE or NASDAQ.

Fil Filipov’s short BIOGRAPHY:

• Fil was born in Bulgaria in 1946, escaped communism in 1964, spent time in a political refugee camp in Greece and came to USA in 1965.
• Fil Filipov officially retired from Terex Corporation on January 1st, 2004. He currently owns several companies around the world, finances some new start ups and does consulting work for number of enterprises. Fil and his wife split their time between Chicago & Paris.
• Fil was President & CEO of Terex Cranes, Executive Vice President of the Company, President & CEO of the Company’s Koehring division and Managing Director of Clark Materials Handling Company in Europe. During his 11 years with Terex, Fil was involved in over twenty acquisitions and few more since his retirement. He restructured and revived some well known brand names: Koehring, P&H, PPM, Simon, Demag, Shaeff, Tatra and many more.
• Prior to joining Terex, Mr. Filipov served as Divisional President of Tenneco, and as Vice President, Construction Equipment in Europe for Case Corporation.
• He started his career in 1966 as an hourly shop floor employee, working for International Harvester Company in Chicago.
• Fil has been a KPAC Solutions Partner since 2004.

R.M. Gielow’s short BIOGRAPHY:

• Operations-oriented financial executive with expertise in process/systems development, acquisition integration and business consolidations.

• Prior to joining KPAC Solutions consulted with independent business owners improve their profitability. Focused on development of business plans & strategy, realigning manpower, process improvement and acquisition integration. Also Chief Financial Officer of two developmental stage electronic service companies (PayStation America and Cash Technologies).

• Senior Financial Officer – Kinko’s Inc. (1991-98). Responsible for finance/accounting, information technology, distribution services and national billing/accounts receivable. Key role in consolidation of 125 independent operating companies resulting in an equity sale.

• VP of Finance & Operations – Print Technology, Inc. (1988-91, photo finishing mini labs); VP & General Manager – Financial & Communication Services (1986-87, financial transaction processor) and Xerox Corporation (1972-86).
